I've been a photographer for over half my life and even though I've been successful at it, I've always felt like something was missing.
It wasn't until I sold everything and traveled America in an Airstream that I had this idea called "The Giving Print". All I could think about was how I could give to others in a time of need.
My birthday came up and I decided that I was going to give prints to people in need for the day, but there was a catch! You couldn't ask for a print yourself, you had to give the print to someone who really needed it. The response was overwhelming, but the stories were what really caught my attention. There was so much heartbreak and encouragement all mixed in at the same time.
